Dominikanerkloster

The inner city is rich in sacred buildings, many are prominently located, some are rather hidden away from the tourist trails. Santa Maria Rotunda an d the monastery is one of them. Built as a branch of the Dominicans in Vienna in the early 13th century, the church and convent are architectural witnesses of the city's eventful history.
