A compact building stands at the end of a built-up block on Molkereistrasse. From outside, the building’s facade is a real eye catcher, featuring sliding screens made from copper sheet against light green walls. But the most important aspect of the development is invisible from here. Built in 2005, it was the first large-scale passive house project in Austria, and of pioneering significance internationally.
