Austrian Postal Savings bank

When first laying eyes on the cashier's hall in the new Austrian Postal Savings bank, Emperor Franz Joseph I is reported to have said: "Strange, how well people fit in this building".

OHW - Experience

On the Open House Vienna tour, visitors can see the rooms on the first floor, the governor's room, the clerks’ staircase and the main boardroom. As the Austrian Postal Savings Bank has now changed hands, this could be the last time Open House Vienna includes this landmark – make sure you go to see it before it is too late!

English-language tours are offered on an ongoing basis.
Austrian sign language tours are available on Sunday from 2pm - 3pm.
